Bay Area rent check: Median price for 1-bedroom apartment in SF up to $4,400 — San Ramon Real Estate news

The latest Bay Area rent numbers are out and, to probably no one s surprise, prices are going up. New figures from rent tracker Zumper show San Francisco setting new records with the median monthly price for a one-bedroom apartment now above $4,400. The median rent for a two-bedroom apartment in San Francisco recently topped $6,000 for the first time ever. Rent is on the rise anywhere tech companies are hiring.
